**CNC Lathe Machinist** **Pay: $28-33** **Job Description** Join a leading contract manufacturer specializing in aerospace and defense products as a Lathe Machinist. You will have the opportunity to work with key customers and contribute to the precision machining of high-quality components. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate various lathe machines for precision machining. + Work with Mazatrol and similar programs to ensure optimal performance. + Manage setups, operation, tooling changes, and troubleshooting efficiently. + Machine materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel. + Handle both low and high production demands effectively. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in CNC and lathe operations. + Experience with Mazak lathe and DMG turning machines. + Strong understanding of GD&T. + Knowledge of Mazatrol programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with tight tolerances and CNC machining. + Strong mathematical skills, particularly with shop math. + Proficiency in using measuring tools. + Experience with manual mills and lathes. **Why Work Here?** We offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan fully vested with flexible payout options, comprehensive health insurance covering medical, dental, and vision, a 401k match, paid time off, holiday pay, and tuition reimbursement for further education.
