Job Description:
Location: Conway, New Hampshire
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking CNC Lathe Machinist candidates in the Conway, NH. We are seeking skilled machinists, including a CNC Water Jet Operator, CNC Lathe Machinist, and Manual Machinist. The ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented individual with hands-on machining experience and a commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.
Responsibilities:
Read blueprints and inspect material before cutting.
Program and operate using FLOWMASTER software.
Monitor machine operation and adjust controls as needed.
Perform part finishing (deburring, protection).
Maintain pumps, nozzles, and cutting table.
Safely operate 6’x12′ CNC Flow Water Jet.
Handle parts and materials using a forklift.
Perform inspections and daily maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Communicate regularly with leadership about job progress.
Contribute to overall team performance and continuous improvement.
Inspection & Quality Control:
Inspect first-piece parts to verify setup.
Confirm material type, dimensions, and quality.
Identify and report any material defects.
Desired Background/Skills:
High school or technical school diploma (or equivalent).
2–3 years of CNC machine operation experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Basic understanding of cutting tools and machining practices.
Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand/sit for 6–10 hours daily.
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, metal, coolant, and oil.
Comfortable working around rotating parts and pinch points.
