Job Title: CNC Laser Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Laser Operator, where you will play a vital role in our production process. You will operate laser machinery to complete work orders, ensuring precision and efficiency in fabricating sheet metal parts.

ResponsibilitiesComplete work orders according to specifications.Operate CNC laser machinery and input precise measurements into the computer.Load sheet metal into the laser machine and monitor operations.Identify and troubleshoot errors during machine operation.Make necessary edits to ensure product quality.Shake out parts from sheet metal post-cutting.Essential Skills6+ months experience operating a CNC Laser, preferably a Mazak.Proficiency in reading prints and machine operation.Experience in sheet metal fabrication.Ability to set up and edit CNC machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic math skills.Manufacturing and production experience.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a smaller manufacturing shop that is non-climate controlled. You will be the sole operator of the laser machine during the first shift.

This is a Contract to hire position based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
