\t\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities:On the Manufacturing Floor (70%)Operate and test CNC lathe programs on DMG Mori machines.Make live adjustments to CNC programs to optimize performance and quality.Collaborate with machinists and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Conduct first article inspections and validate part conformance to specifications.Support new product introduction and line validation activities.Office-Based Tasks (30%)Document machining processes, setup sheets, and program changes.Create breakdown sheets and detailed process instructions.Maintain accurate records of tooling, offsets, and program revisions.Participate in cross-functional meetings to support continuous improvement.

\t\t\t\t\tProven experience operating and programming CNC lathes, preferably DMG Mori.Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Esprit, Fusion 360).Strong understanding of G-code/M-code, tooling, and machining principles.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET) or Industrial Engineering Technology (IET).Experience supporting new product launches or manufacturing line startups.Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
