Responsibilities CNA Training Track Responsibilities: + Assist with resident transport to dining, activities, therapy, and treatment areas + Make unoccupied beds and keep resident rooms tidy + Help with dining services: passing trays, opening containers, and distributing supplemental nourishment + Support informal activities on the nursing unit when time permits + Provide fresh water to residents as directed + Clean resident equipment and maintain neat common areas + Observe and report any unusual incidents or resident needs to therapists or nurses Qualifications CNA Training Track Qualifications: + Must beat least 16 years old + High school diploma or equivalent required + Employment Certificate/Permit required for ages 16-17 + No history of resident abuse, mistreatment, or property misappropriation + Genuine interest in caregiving and a strong work ethic + Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment EOE Statement WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
