We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Out-Patient Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) position in the Tomball area.
Job Description:
  The hospice CNA works in a LTC setting and provides general medical care and treatment to patients in personal care homes, nursing home and other facilities under the direction of an RN; by performing the following duties.  
Qualifications: Licensed CNA in the State of Texas - required Six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Long Term Care Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred A High School diploma or general education degree Effective written and verbal communication Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
