As a CNA (STNA) , you will provide scheduled daily visits to patients, offering both hands-on support and emotional comfort. CNA Days - STNA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CNA Days - STNA Qualifications: + Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification + Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification + 3-6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required + Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred + Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors + Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization + Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle + Travel to the office in Cincinnati, Ohio is required. Serving patients in a 50-mile radius around the site.
