Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: + Work with the nursing staff operations to including working on an assigned care units, resident care in a 156-bed long-term care facility. + Staff Performance:Provides quality care for our veterans, participates in monthly staff meetings, wash veterans' cloths and assist in feeding veterans when needed. + Scheduling:Coordinates with the CNA Supervisors and the Assist. Director of Nursing on leave approvals. + Conducts Quality Assurance auditsto ensure the veterans needs are met, promoting continuous improvement in nursing care and delivery and adherence to policy and procedure standards. + Investigates and reports resident complaints and incidents,collaborating with immediate supervisor and other departments to ensure care of the resident safety. Position-Specific Details: Appointment Type: Probational Compensation: This position offers a Special Entrance Rate of $1,099.20 BI-WEEKLY / $13.74 PER HOUR for the CNA 1 level or to $1,176.00 BI-WEEKLY / $14.70 PER HOUR for the CNA 2 level, plus an additional P remium Pay of $5.00/HR per hour worked. This position also qualifies for shift differentials, with rates varying based on shift time, day of the week, and holidays. Work Schedule: Hours are from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.to include some weekends and holidays.
