Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) – Medical Unit
Location: Logan Health Medical Center, Kalispell, Montana
Employment Status: Full-time | 0.9 FTE (36 hrs/wk)
Schedule: Three (3) 12-hour Night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1900-0700)
Starting Wage: $19.50 – $26.33/hour (Depending on experience)

At Logan Health, our Medical Unit CNAs are essential to the care team, supporting adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of medical conditions. From chronic illness to post-hospital recovery, you’ll work closely with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and consistent care.
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring
Assist patients recovering from illness or managing complex medical needs
Support nursing staff with documentation and communication
Collaborate with a skilled and supportive care team across shifts
What You Bring:
Montana CNA license
Previous acute care or medical unit experience preferred
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
