High influence for ensuring one continuous, integrated flow of strategic direction to commercial plans, customer plans, M&E and performance management.
Responsible for defining luxury outlet standards (MPA/MAS), insights and analytics, data standards, omni channel coverage strategy, measuring outlet execution & performance management routines.
Responsible for Influence Local customer marketing teams to ensure consistency of shopper-centric, luxury activations and assets across different channels and touchpoints.Create a seamless omnichannel shopper experience, working closely with Brand, Culture & Media, and Commercial Transformation leaders on connections planning Influence the LAC customer marketing organization to deliver outstanding brand/portfolio execution at the trade (1/9/45), ensuring the right space for Luxury plus guaranteeing alignments with core brands and market trade platformsOwnership of luxury P&L for LAC, including performance and profitability metricsFind common grounds with procurement for standardized cost-effective Luxury quality POS materials•Co-lead Capability Deployment agenda•Creative change maker, obsessed with details, passionate about visual consistency at Scale•Constantly learns to meet luxury consumers & customers' needs in a fast-paced environment.•Authority in developing and implementing luxury shopper-centric omnichannel experiences with strong ability to balance exclusivity and scale•Data-driven individual monitoring market trends, applying insights to identify growth opportunities.•Experienced in mapping out omnichannel journeys and implement luxury standards•12+ years validated experienceFlexible Working Statement:
