Job Title: CMMS Technician
Job Description

As a CMMS Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to meet client requirements. This role involves designing and implementing workflows to streamline maintenance operations, creating and managing asset records, and overseeing work orders.

ResponsibilitiesManage user roles, permissions, and access controls within the CMMS.Design and implement workflows and processes to improve maintenance efficiency.Create and manage asset records, including tracking asset performance and lifecycle.Oversee work orders, maintaining clear logs and accurate documentation.Refine processes, identify issues, recommend solutions, and develop action plans.Provide and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata and work order data.Complete projects for full equipment lifecycle and set up new lab build-outs.Drive material management processes via requisitions, Purchase Orders (PO), and KPIs.Maintain asset and maintenance materials master data using the CMMS.Manage and optimize schedules in collaboration with facilities and operations management.Onboard new assets and schedule maintenance plans harmonized with operating schedules.Own the CMMS change process for asset criticality, preventative maintenance procedures, and spare parts.Enter spare parts in the material master, construct BOMs, and assign stocking levels.Essential Skills5+ years experience in a regulated pharma or biotech environment.Proficiency with various CMMS including EAM, APM, and SAP.Experience transitioning client sites from EAM to APM CMMS software.Bachelor’s degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Infor/Hexagon EAM.Previous experience as a CMMS System Owner.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
