Job Description
Main Accountabilities:
To ensure the functional availability of all systems (finance, maintenance, operation, procurement, HR, stores & inventory, business intelligence) with the use of all company policies, processes and procedures aiming to achieve the O&M business objectives in the short, medium, and long terms through continuous improvement and by performing the company system administration, upgrade and maintain tasks in accordance with the best practice and the Integrated Management System and as assigned by the Project Asset Manager/Finance/Procurement Manager or Management.

Technical Tasks
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS):
Administration and support of Hexagon EAM v12.1, including troubleshooting, functional support, enhancements, and database management.Perform application upgrades, maintenance patches, database optimization, and regular backups/recovery while ensuring data integrity and system security.Develop and customize reports, interfaces, and dashboards to meet operational and managerial requirements.Ensure regular updates to the CMMS databases (assets, conditions, technical documentation) in collaboration with the Maintenance team.Diagnose and resolve CMMS-related issues effectively, maintaining system availability across multi-site operations.Stay current with new trends and technologies, proposing system improvements and enhancements to align with organisational goals.Ensure adherence to cyber-security best practices and internal IT governance policies.
Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics:
Manage datasets in Google Big Query and develop reporting views for use in Google Data Studio and IBM Cognos 11.2.3.Design and maintain dashboards for cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance.Oversee data pipelines exporting from internal systems (Hexagon EAM, MS Navision, SCADA) to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for analytics and reporting.
ERP & System Integrations:
Administer and provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Navision (2018), including assistance with migrations, testing, training, and financial reconciliations.Manage and troubleshoot middleware-based integrations between Hexagon EAM, Business Central, and Navision, including oversight of staging databases and in-house middleware developed in .NET/C#.Provide functional oversight for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring seamless integration with Hexagon EAM.
Web Application & Metadata Management:
Administer the CMMS Portal (PHP-based application with SQL Server backend) and handle metadata requests from cross-departmental stakeholders.
KPI & Dashboard Optimization:
Maintain the Factor dataset pipeline and develop dashboards/KPIs using tools like Google Data Studio and Power BI.Drive initiatives to revamp existing inefficient processes, replacing manual methods with automated, scalable solutions.
General Support and Collaboration:
Work closely with Plant Managers and the Management to support performance improvements and organisational efficiency initiatives.Provide guidance and technical expertise to internal teams regarding systems usage and improvements.Exhibit flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Environment, Health and Safety (EHS):
Follow all EHS procedures and promote sound environmental practicesReport any incidents and near misses involving employees and subcontractors.Keep the work area in a safe and tidy conditionIdentify hazards related to equipment and work environment
Teamwork and Collaboration:
End user support, trainer for CMMS and associated systemsCoordinate with the procurement department for all the Internal/ External reporting, payable issues, LPO amendments, delivery notes, etc.…Assist/support students/interns when requiredLiaise with the operational/maintenance team to solve related queries, system errors, etc....Maintain coordination and effective working relationships with other teamsParticipate in overtime tasks as required to ensure business continuityFollow the Lean for Value approach and always strive for continuous improvementAdherent to all company policies and procedures
Organizing & Reporting:
Establish daily, weekly, monthly, yearly report based on CMMS and other databases input and all reports requested by managementAssist the Finance Manager with financial reporting as requiredAssist the procurement team with reporting as requiredPrepare all requested/required reports timely and diligentlyOrganize soft & hard files in an orderly and transparent mannerArrange and execute regular stock counts and compile relevant reports
Documentation:
Edit, update and improve procedures and manuals for CMMS and associated systemsUpdate and maintain accurate records of all system changesMaintain accurate records and ensure excellent filling and archiving
Qualifications
Education Level
Degree: recognised bachelor’s degree in computer science or similarMinimum 5 years’ practical experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
Required skills :
Excellent programming skills, including expertise in Python, .NET, and web programming languages (PHP, HTML5, etc.), as well as general high-level scripting languages.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Big Query, and data visualization tools like Data Studio and Power BI.Proficient in ERP and EAM systems, including Hexagon EAM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft Navision.Good knowledge of local service providers and the ability to leverage them effectively for operational needs.Capable of providing actionable suggestions for improving accounting and control policies and procedures within the organization.Experienced in implementing and supervising robust control measures to effectivelyminimize fraud and mitigate other financial risks.Highly motivated and demonstrate maximum flexibility due to the dynamic nature of work responsibilities.Proactive in taking initiative and consistently acts in a professional manner.Upholds an ethical work attitude and always maintains an uncompromised level of confidentiality.
