**The purpose of this position is to provide research, data mining/analysis, reporting and interpretation of global, national, regional, local and/or account company performance metrics. This role also includes the data administration of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), user support, and other technology related tasks.**
**Responsibilities:**
• Performs duties of the CMMS Administrator, linking to the client Planon work order management system
• End user support for the CMMS including CBRE staff, suppliers, and clients. This includes support of the web and related mobile applications.
• Working with technical teams to review and develop schedules, planned maintenance activities in place for assets
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for other key systems/processes used in day-to-day functions.
• Acts as project lead to successfully complete specified projects related to reporting and CMMS related processes and enhancements.
• Responsible for a program being in place to ensure asset data is up to date with periodic review.
• Designs, generates, reviews and understands reports, and following up on overdue/outstanding work orders.
• Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation(s).
• Prepares and presents results of analysis and reports along with their relative impact(s) to the business to all levels of management.
• Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in general business conditions.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements by and among the clients and/or companies.
• Reviews accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management and vendors.
• Coordinates involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project implementations.
• Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
• May lead project teams plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Client driven approach.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Advance experience in MS Office Products, Sharepoint and Smartsheet.
• Ability to use query and report generation tools.
• Willingness to travel.
