**About the role**
Responsible for leading all aspects of the client relationship and technology needs where CMMS programs and applications have been deployed. Be the first Point-of-Contact to assist operations management and technicians with CMMS related questions. Assist senior leadership and management with monitoring and analyzing CMMS related performance metrics in accordance with business KPI's. Provide routine day-to-day operations and back-end office support for CMMS related tasks. Assist in the coordination of CMMS solving, outage BCPs (both planned and unplanned), reporting, planning, process improvement, project coordination, training and other functions enabling the account to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Includes analyzing and review of CMMS business and user needs, documentation, and translation into system requirement specifications. Guide and advise less-experienced CMMS users. CMMS Data Analysis and Maintenance Process and Workflow Improvement activities. Ongoing analyzation of our business and user needs, documenting those requirements, and revising as needed.
**What you’ll do**
+ Responsible for CMMS projects planning, cost estimations, deployments, migrations, training, stabilization and management at our local and regional sites (travel is required at times).
+ Provide demonstrations of all aspects of the CMMS whether through in-person or virtual meetings.
+ Responsible for creating a yearly CMMS program review presentation and communicating that to the client and our account leadership team.
+ Work closely with the CBRE Digital and Technology team in order to complete development or technical tasks.
**What you’ll need**
+ Skilled Trades School Certification or bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, plus 5-10 years of experience in Facilities Management.
+ Experience with CMMS in data collection, implementations, migrations and site release events required. CMMS Planning, Scheduling and MRO management experience required.
+ Professional Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience is a plus.
+ Reliability Engineering Leadership and Asset Management principles and experience is a plus.
+ Experience with Tableau or Business Objects a plus.
+ Mechanical background and aptitude a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
+ Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the CMMS Account Manager position is $94,000 annually and the maximum salary for the CMMS Account Manager position is $114,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
