Primary Responsibilities:
Order necessary materials/parts from vendors as requiredAssist with second sourcing of parts and services from new vendorsInventory management and auditing on a regular basis; maintaining Critical Spare Parts listPerforms daily data analysis on parts/assetsProcesses and creates work orders within CMMS softwareAssist with budget tracking and data entry within the tracking softwareWorks with Facilities Operations Manager (FOM) and Systems Support Manager to create a standard approach to IRIS Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and schedulingAssist with assignment and scheduling of service personnel, or route work to requisite vendorsManages work orders in the system to ensure proper creation, planning, update, and closureVerify vendor and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessaryCoordinate/communicate with vendors on frequent basis and provide required documents/information to update and create new accountsCreation of new reports and editing of existing reports as requested by FOMProvides software training to technicians and CMMS Administrators; serves as liaison for problem solving and escalationOther duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Understanding of Facilities Management trades, common repairs, parts, and servicesExceptional ability to plan and manage work, and meet deadlines, under minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and additional database systems as requiredMust have excellent communication skills (written, and oral) to sustain vendor relations and possess collaborative working styleEducation and Experience:
High School graduate/GED required; trade or undergraduate technical/engineering education strongly preferredProficiency in computerized maintenance management experience preferredPrevious work experience in facilities maintenance/management (or similar) strongly preferred1 Year experience associated with general knowledge of work order, purchasing, warehousing processes, and inventory managementPhysical Requirements:
Occasional lifting and carrying of products weighing up to 60 lbsOccasional pushing or pulling material and/or equipmentOccasional standing including, but not limited to, when driving powered industrial equipmentOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting to inspect, receive, pick and/or ship products on storage racks and maintain the various DC and office equipmentFrequent sitting to perform office tasks, review and/or enter data in computerRepetitive motion and substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingersDC Environmental Factors:
Exposure to extreme temperatures dependent on external climateModerate noise level from DC conveyor/sortation systemOccasional vibration if/when operating powered industrial equipmentApplicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
Total Base Pay Range for this Position:
