Job Purpose

BorgWarner PowerDriveSystems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Technician CMM at the BorgWarner DTC LLC.

Key Accountabilities:

3D CMM to measure the dimensions of Stator, Rotor and Motor samples3D CMM to analyze Product Manufactured Properly3D CMM to create detailed DocumentationSupport Proto sample buildProto build documentation implementationData analysis of proto builds for product/process compliance (Product specs)Coordinate execution & recording on Non-Conforming Material (semi finish/finish products)Maintain records for product/process compliance documentationDeploy ‘Proto Build & Inspection Process’ procedureTrack, Review and assess prototype component quality via ‘Prototype Inspection Process’Experience of using instrumentation and data logging/acquisitionContinuous maintenance and improvement of toolsWrite & maintain scripts for customizing the tool set, build, deployment, maintenance and related tasks

What we are looking for

Associate degree or higher in engineeringOver 2 years of experience working on a 3D CMM fieldExperience using CMMs and relevant softwareAbility to read and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Ability to read and understand engineering drawingsGood knowledge in Microsoft officeStrong attention to detailPositive, proactive, result-oriented and team-orientedGood social skill and relationship for teamwork and organizationThorough and proactive mindset, challenge to self-development and competency improvementFluency in English is recommended
