CMM Programmer
Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for programming CMM equipment using PC-DMIS software, 3D scanners, and other metrology tools to inspect molded plastic parts and assembled products. You will conduct dimensional inspections on first shots, production runs, and assembled parts, supporting PPAP and ongoing quality requirements.

ResponsibilitiesProgram and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS software and 3D scanners.Conduct dimensional inspections on first shots, production runs, and assembled parts.Perform capability studies (Cpk, Ppk).Document and communicate non-conformances, assist with root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive actions.Support new tooling trials and engineering changes with accurate dimensional feedback and measurement reports.QualificationsProficiency in CMM programming and GD&T.Experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processes.Knowledge of PC-DMIS software.Ability to program 3D printers, specifically Keyence models.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite during the 2nd or 3rd shift. The candidate can choose which shift they prefer. This is a Monday-Friday role. Enjoy the benefit of billable holidays and vacation days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
