Cmm Programmer
Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CMM Programmer / Inspection Lead to oversee and support all Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operations within our quality department. This role will serve as the go-to expert for CMM programming and inspection processes, ensuring precision, consistency, and compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all CMM-related activities, providing leadership and technical expertise.Develop, write, and validate CMM programs for both new and existing parts, ensuring accurate and efficient inspection routines.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications for inspection planning.Provide hands-on support and mentorship to the inspection team, troubleshooting issues and optimizing inspection workflows.Maintain and update CMM software programs and documentation to reflect design changes and process improvements.Ensure all inspection activities meet internal quality standards and customer requirements.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing or quality control environment.Proficiency in Zeiss Calypso software is strongly preferred; experience with other platforms such as PC-DMIS is acceptable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
