**Description** Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Data Science co-op to join our CMC Regulatory Affairs department located at our Ridgefield facility. As an co-op, you will utilize your data science background to optimize data platforms and develop reports for marketed products. This includes evaluating data/databases managed by the Regulatory Affairs team, identifying solutions to simplify and automate data management, and building platforms for data management in alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim’s digitial innovation initiative. This role is a hybrid role and does require 2 days a week onsite at our Ridgefield, CT offices. Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees **Duties & Responsibilities** + _Optimize current data platforms for report generation_ + _Use existing applications (e.g., PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, etc.) to develop relevant reports_ + _Evaluate federal state regulations to ensure reports meet regulatory needs_ + _Optimize CMC databases and tracking tools using existing software applications_ + _Create dashboards for CMC submission metrics and information databases, as applicable_ **Requirements** + Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academicstanding. + Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of theinternship. + Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)preferred. + Major or minor in related field of internship + Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college oruniversity. + Graduate and advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college oruniversity.
