The Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function for five hotels i.e., Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore Embassy Tech Village, aligning recruitment activities with business goals, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline. This role requires strong strategic planning, operational excellence, and a passion for building Hilton’s reputation as an employer of choice.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?\n

As the Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n

Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process (end-to-end) for all five hotels in the cluster.

\n\n\n

Report directly to the Cluster Director of Human Resources (Cluster DHR).

\n\n\n

Assist with the annual hotel manning budget by participating in headcount planning discussions with department heads.

\n\n\n

Develop and implement the annual cluster recruitment strategy to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.

\n\n\n

Maintain and expand effective recruitment channels and execute strategic recruitment activities.

\n\n\n

Ensure all open positions are posted on relevant recruitment platforms with brand-compliant job advertisements.

\n\n\n

Source candidates, conduct first-round interviews for all positions below Director level, and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interviews.

\n\n\n

Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns across schools, colleges, and universities.

\n\n\n

Establish and maintain a systematic database of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.

\n\n\n

Monitor recruitment effectiveness and market trends, providing insights and strategy updates to HR leadership.

\n\n\n

Ensure timely candidate communication, feedback, onboarding, and smooth check-in processes.

\n\n\n

Maintain professionalism and protect the Hilton employer brand across all recruitment touchpoints.

\n\n\n

Manage agency partnerships, internship programs, and monitor performance and agreements during contract periods.

\n\n\n

Conduct intern engagement activities to support intern conversion efforts.

\n\n\n

Maintain accuracy of recruitment and HR-related systems, and provide relevant training.

\n\n\n

Conduct orientation and training sessions on recruitment systems and interview best practices for hiring managers.

\n\n\n

Support other HR initiatives such as employee data management, visa applications, team events, and facility oversight.

\n\n\n

Deliver accurate and timely recruitment reports to support HR analytics and business insights.

\n\n\n

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to recruitment protocols and conducting performance reviews.

\n\n\n

Create and update recruitment content for internal and external media platforms.

\n\n\n

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?

A Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager serving Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\n\n

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within large-scale 5-star hotel environments.

\n\n\n

Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple properties.

\n\n\n

Strong experience with recruitment platforms like Taleo, Darwin Box, campus hiring, and talent marketing.

\n\n\n

Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.

\n\n\n

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

\n\n\n

Proficient in HR systems and recruitment reporting tools.

\n\n\n

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

\n\n\n
