We are looking for team player and commercial driven multitasker, who supports the Hilton
The Netherlands Sales Cluster to maximize all sales opportunities. A central role in a dynamic team working for the Hilton properties in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities include:

\n\nAdministrative support for National Sales Cluster and Director of Sales Operations
The Netherlands.\nCo-ordination and production of sales reports and management information.\nWeekly and Monthly updates on account portfolio performance, lead generation and prospecting via sales reporting tools.\nAnalyzing reports to draw conclusions about performance in order to support where necessary.\nMonitor performance on a monthly basis in order to review variances, pace and developments.\nCorporate account rate loading in cooperation with Hilton Area Rate Loading team.\nCoordination and research of incoming RFP’s and leads together with sales team.\nEnsure all new opportunities are identified and prospected in order to achieve hotel revenue targets.\nUse analytical skills to analyze account performance and opportunities to share/explain in the commercial meeting.\nUse Customer Focused Selling principles and techniques to prospect opportunities.\nCoordinate action plans for corporate entertainment, account management activities and specific projects.\nInitiate and coordinate sales races and blitzes in relevant markets and business areas\nMaintenance of sales reports and databases to have the most up-to-date information available.\nAct as point of contact for internal and external clients for the National Sales Cluster.\nOffice management for Cluster Sales Office and day-to-day mentoring of sales trainee.

Profile:

\n\nIs a self-starter, can work under high pressure, enthusiastic and a Team Player who can communicate on different levels.\nHas a hands-on mentality to get the job done in a dynamic environment.\nHas analytical skills, is eager and is result driven.\nIs a multitasker who likes to work on short- and long-term business strategies.\nHas excellent knowledge of the English and preferable Dutch language.\n\n
