Job DescriptionEnsure compliance of guidelines, standards, and strategies with local requirements, adapting them as necessary while driving harmonization of core processes across the cluster.
Manage operational real estate activities at the cluster level, focusing on facility management operations.
Oversee cluster-wide demand management to ensure optimal provision of space and related services.
Assess the status of locations through site evaluations and define appropriate actions aligned with investment planning.
Provide support to Site Representatives and key stakeholders.
Lead resource and competency management for the entire real estate community within the cluster.
Facilitate business planning and reporting by ensuring quality and consistency of data flows from the cluster to regional levels.
Establish and manage internal charging agreements (SLAs) to streamline services and costs.
Cascade Group Real Estate targets and strategic initiatives to country and cluster levels.
Drive implementation of the strategic priorities, including digitalization, sustainability, and portfolio development.
Align regional and local portfolio initiatives with global business units and stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate technical projects emphasizing resource sharing and expertise exchange across locations.
Act as the functional manager for site-level operations, including facility management and energy services.
Execute real estate projects including acquisitions, leasing, construction, and site exits, in accordance with global business units and corporate policies.
QualificationsStrong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures
Solid expertise in real estate, including strategy development, transaction management, facility operations, and energy and sustainability topics
Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in commercial and investment analysis
Well-versed in project management, with excellent planning and organizational abilities
Methodical and structured in problem-solving and decision-making
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
