CLUSTER PAYROLL CLERK
\nPosition Purpose
\nThe Cluster Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payroll for multiple hotels within the cluster. This role ensures timely and compliant payroll operations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.

Duties & Key Responsibilities
\nPayroll Processing
\n\nProcess payrolls for all hotels within the cluster, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nVerify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, and benefits.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.\n\nData Management
\n\nMaintain accurate payroll records and team member information.\nWorking with HR team, update payroll systems with new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.\nEnsure the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.\n\nCompliance and Reporting
\n\nCalculate and remit payroll-related taxes and statutory deductions on time.\nPrepare and submit required payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.\nStay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance across the cluster.\n\nTeam Member Support
\n\nProvide support to team members regarding payroll processes and policies.\nEnsure confidentiality of team member payroll information.\n\nReconciliation and Audit:
\n\nConduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nReconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.\nAssist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.\n\nAdministrative Support:
\n\nMaintain an up-to-date filing system for payroll records.\nRequirements
\n· Experience in payroll processing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
\n· Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
\n· Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
\n· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with owners, stakeholders, and team member
\n· Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.
\nQualifications
\nA bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
