Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Cluster Manager – Support Services to oversee and manage support operations across multiple Villa Resorts properties under the Villa Resorts flagship. The Cluster Manager will lead support teams, enhance operational efficiencies, implement best practices, and promote collaboration across properties to deliver exceptional guest and associate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of Support Services across multiple Villa Resorts properties.Ensure IT Support operates effectively, meeting standards, and achieving operational goals.Collaborate with the property leadership teams to plan and execute strategic initiatives. Implement and monitor service improvement plans, KPIs, and SOPs across all properties. Coordinate training programs for support services teams to uphold service excellence for guest and associates.Lead cross-property projects such as systems upgrades, facility improvements / renovations, and service enhancements.Act as the liaison between property General Managers and Corporate IT teams for support service functions.Regularly review and analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans.Support pre-opening activities for new Villa Resorts properties within the cluster if needed.

Must-Have Skills: 

Strong operational management skills across multiple service departments. Excellent leadership and people management capabilities. Deep understanding of hotel operations and service excellence.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting systems.Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Microsoft Server Administration and Virtualization.Microsoft Office 365Proficiency in project management tools Budgeting and resource allocationTeam leadership and motivation skillsConflict resolution skills Experience in managing cross-functional teams

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing the Opera PMS system, specifically in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of key Opera PMS modules including Front Desk, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Billing. Experience in training staff on Opera PMS functionalities and ensuring seamless system operation across departments.In-depth experience with Oracle MICROS SymphonyProficient in managing and operating CCTV surveillance systems and IPTV, ensuring effective monitoring. Experienced in managing and maintaining IP PABX systems.Experience in managing Onity room locks, safes, RFID locks, audio-visual equipment, digital signage, and biometric systems. Managing and configuring guest Wi-Fi networks and systems.Capable of maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and process improvements.

Good-to-Have Skills:

CCNA or CCNP Qualification or Equivalent Experience Microsoft Certified System Administrator- MCSA Guest Service ProfessionalExperience in pre-opening teams for multiple properties and hotel opening implementations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hotel operations experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple departments.Degree in Information Technology, IT, or Technical Field, or a Related FieldCluster or multi-property experience is highly preferred. Work Conditions:
