Cluster Luxury Sales Manager
\nA Cluster Luxury Sales Manager analyses local and international market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. This position is mainly focused on the Luxury Consortia, developing strategies and actions to drive performance of the segments for both hotels.
What will I be doing?
As Sales Manager, you will analyse local and international market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOversees for the performance of Luxury Consortia of both properties.\nAnalysis local and international market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.\nDevelop customer accounts and travel to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.\nNegotiate room rates/packages with Travel agencies.\nIncrease consortia account mix.\nSupport the execution of marketing plans across the segments.\nParticipation on strategy meetings to provide deeper insights of the segments, opportunities and risks to adjust actions as required.\nWork within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities.\nCooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.\nAttend Sales events, VIP site and Fam Trips, as required.\nProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Cluster Director of Luxury Sales and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.\nAnswer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.\nManage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.\nTrain and develop the Sales team as required.\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious experience in Luxury Hotels (mandatory).\nFluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken (mandatory). \nKnowledge of local and international Consortia.\nPassion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.\nDegree-level qualification in a relevant field.\n\n
