Cluster Learning & Development Executive (m/f/d)
Location: Hilton Vienna Park, Hilton Vienna Plaza & Hilton Vienna Waterfront (primarily Hilton Vienna Park)

Join our HR team and actively shape the development of over 500 team members across three Hilton hotels in Vienna!

Your Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct trainings such as Welcome Day, Complaint Handling, Telephone Skills, Apprentice Programs, and Hilton Brand TrainingsIdentify training needs through active presence in departments and provide on-the-job trainingManage and further develop digital learning platforms (Hilton University) and the training calendarHandle administrative tasks (documentation, statistics, scheduling)Act as a point of contact for all training-related inquiries and internal programs (e.g., CE Exchange, Lead 1.1, Train the Trainer)Create new training formats and contentCoordinate employee recognition activities (e.g., Employee of the Month)As an open and communicative person, support our team members with training and development questions

What You Bring:

Completed vocational training or studies in hospitality/gastronomy or personnel developmentMinimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality (ideally in F&B or Front Office)Experience as a trainer, mentor, or supervisor is a plusStrong communication and presentation skills in both German and EnglishConfident handling of MS Office and strong organizational skillsPersuasiveness, decision-making ability, and a high level of commitmentSelf-motivation and initiative
