Cluster Incharge will be responsible for Energy Management, Site Management, Fault reduction, Preventive Maintenance (DG, PIU, SMPS, Battery Bank, AC, Transformer), Infra Provider (IP) Management, Data Management, Customer Management, O&M Billing, Hygiene of site. Ensuring alarm compliance at all the sites and monitoring these alarms for network uptime & energy cost improvement Ensuring process compliance and periodic review of processes / audits for any improvement Monitor O&M performance of all USOF  against key metrics & capturing RCA for corrective actions
