Job DescriptionOaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites are looking for a Cluster General Manager to lead multiple teams across a portfolio of properties, including Cairns, Townsville and Port Douglas.
In this pivotal role, you will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a people-first mindset to drive commercial success and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Senior Hotel Management and will lead by example and empower their teams to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversee day-to-day profitability, presentation and operations of multiple propertiesPlay a crucial role in coaching, developing and managing the property teams to achieve their highest potentialAnalyse data to drive revenue, improve RevPAR, and reduce operational costsMaintain accountability for the overall efficiency and performance of the propertiesManage body corporate and guest relations while maintaining compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standardsQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
