Cluster Finance Manager- UK, Ireland & Nordics (Pet Nutrition)

Location: Waltham

Salary: £51,000-£64,000 + Bonus + Benefits

In this cluster role, you’ll lead financial reporting and controls across our UK, Ireland and Nordics Pet Nutrition markets—working closely with local and global teams to deliver reliable insights and ensure governance excellence.

What are we looking for?A strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting, ideally with US GAAP experience.The ability to work through complexity, make sound decisions, and build great cross-functional relationships.A collaborative and digitally savvy mindset—you’ll be working with ERP systems like SAP.A recognised accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA or CIMA.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead accurate financial reporting across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, partnering with our shared services teams.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, and be the local expert on our Finance Manual.Review and sign off monthly and quarterly financials, ensuring high-quality reporting and insights.Collaborate with Segment and Market leaders to embed strong governance and continuous improvement.Foster strong partnerships across Finance, Supply, Sales, and Mars global teams.
