**The Impact You’ll Make**
As Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth, market positioning, and customer engagement. You’ll lead with vision, collaborate across disciplines, and bring bold ideas to life.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Lead and inspire the proactive sales and event booking teams across both hotels.
+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Business Travel, MICE, and leisure segments.
+ Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue leaders to align on commercial goals.
+ Represent the hotels at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.
+ Analyze market trends and performance data to inform strategy and decision-making.
+ Negotiate corporate and group contracts with confidence and creativity.
+ Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ 3–4 years of experience in proactive hotel sales, with a strong track record in business development.
+ Proven leadership skills and a passion for team success.
+ Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office and Opera Sales & Catering.
+ A customer-first mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to exceed expectations.
+ Willingness to travel and a positive, energetic approach to every challenge.
+ Must have the right to work in the European Union.
