We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy for three of Hyatt’s iconic properties (Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu, Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown - Opening Soon) in Malaysia. This role is pivotal in driving total revenue performance across Rooms, Food Beverage outlets, and Function Room (Space) Management. The ideal candidate will bring a holistic commercial mindset, strong analytical acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to optimize profitability across all revenue streams. This job incumbent will report to Area Vice President or General Managers, dotted to Regional Director of Revenue Management.
