This role aims to be recognized as a trusted advisor to finance team members and other key hotel business partners. The Credit & Collections Manager supports the Finance Lead in retaining and developing best-in-class finance professionals and plays a key role in training and mentoring the team. The position ensures a strong control and compliance environment, supports the hotel's profitability, and contributes to the implementation of EMEA Operations Finance innovations and initiatives.
What will you be doing?As Credit & Collections Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel’s Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash functions, including credit management, billing, and collections. This role oversees all activities related to extending credit to customers, issuing invoices, following up on collections, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the hotel’s accounts receivable.
You will also assist the Director and Assistant Director of Finance with any tasks necessary to ensure the smooth and effective performance of the Finance Department. This includes ensuring that all credit, billing, and collection processes are carried out in full compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and contractual agreements.
The role will partner closely with the hotel’s finance team, as well as with Hotel Management, Commercial, and Operations teams. Additionally, the Credit & Collections Manager will help foster strong internal and external relationships and will actively support talent development by participating in relevant Finance development programs.

Self-motivated and able to work independently, performing all key responsibilities with minimal supervision after the initial training period.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for maintaining accurate records and managing receivables effectively.
