\n\nHilton Istanbul was the first modern hotel built in Europe after the Second World War.\nHilton Istanbul appears in the opening scene of 1963’s From Russia with Love, starring Sean Connery as James Bond.\nIstanbul’s first discotheque, Cloud 9, opened at Hilton Istanbul in 1972.\nPilsen Pub, built in Hilton Istanbul in 1972, was the home of Istanbul’s first happy hour.\nMuhammad Ali was staying at Hilton Istanbul when he announced his retirement from boxing in 1976.\nHilton Istanbul has hosted royalty, politicians, and famous figures including Grace Kelly, Sophia Loren, and Louis Armstrong.\n\nHilton Istanbul Bosphorus has been also described as the university of tourism and filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality since 1955.

\nAs a Cluster Corporate Sale Executive, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nAuthorization to make decisions within the framework of the task area described\nAuthorization to sign within the framework of the task area\nCarry out sales negotiations within the framework of agreement with the Team Leader\nCo-responsibility for smooth and rational work sequences in the sales department and cooperation with the other departments in the hotel, in particular Reservations and the Banqueting Department\nInvolvement in the hotel’s sales activities plan\nCoordination of the hotel’s sales activities with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&B sales and other revenues\nDevelopment, design and calculation of attractive offers for individual customers, travel agents and companies\nPlanning, organization of written, telephone and personal contacts with customers and supervision of these contacts\nManaging contacts with regular customers, key contacts\nEnsuring permanent observation of the market and competitors; monitoring the sales results\nOrganize comprehensive information to existing and potential customers as regards the product range offered by the hotel, with the aid of the relevant sales resources and sales channels\nProcessing customer correspondence\nPreparation of company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and price conditions by agreement with the territorial sales manager responsible\nTelephone marketing\nMonitoring the offers, options and cancellations for repeat bookings for groups, conventions, and seminars in close cooperation with the territorial sales managers and the Group Coordinator\nCarry out mailings, FAM trips, invitations by consultation with the Sales Representative\nDevelopment and updating of the customer index file and its follow up\nImplement sales promotion actions in-house, locally and regionally\nIn-house promotions and tours of the hotel\nBook events in Fidelio Sales & Catering after sending out an offer through the relevant territorial sales managers\nResponsible for laying outs and stocks of all promotional materials (brochures, flyers, sales pamphlets, banqueting pamphlets, etc.)\nTake part in Communication Meetings on a regular basis.\nApproach her/his Team Leaders in confidence if any problems arise.\nAlways cooperate with fellow Team Members and Team Leaders in the department.\nIs obliged to take part in internal training courses and to implement what has been learnt in daily practice.\nParticipation in meetings and training courses\nOptimal communication and cooperation with all other departments, in particular Front Desk, C & E, Accounting\nMaintain tidiness in the building and clothing in the department.\nUndertake regular inspections in the reception and hall area to ensure that the installations and equipment are in a clean, perfect condition, well maintained and replaced / renewed as required.\n\nWhat are we looking for?
