What will you do?Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, and floorsRemove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables and keep the food and beverage area well stocked and cleanAttend pre-shift briefing, taking note of relevant information including service, food and beverage, and guest notesPerform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioningCheck in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
