Cloud Support Engineer

Join Oracle’s Strategic Customer White-glove team as an IaaS Support Engineer, delivering high-impact post-sales technical support to our most advanced traditional and AI/ML Infrastructure customers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, resolving technical and non-technical inquiries while providing tailored guidance and strategic support. As the primary point of contact, you’ll advocate for customer needs, foster strong relationships, and help customers fully leverage Oracle’s traditional and AI/ML infrastructure for business success.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. One year prior working experience with Oracle Cloud products (or at least two years related experience without Oracle Cloud products) and technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA OR functional degree + technical higher degree or in lieu of degree may substitute 4 years professional experience & professional certification (i.e., CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle, etc.).
