Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for technical delivery of managed services across NTT Data customer account base. Working as part of a team providing a Shared Managed Service.

 

Manditory:

Support exp in AWS.

Certifications: Minimum AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate

 

The following is a list of expected responsibilities:

 

To manage and support a customer’s AWS platformTo be technical hands onProvide Incident and problem management on the AWS IaaS and PaaS PlatformMonitoring and observability of system and platform performanceCollaboration with development and build teams on application and platform deployments and changesInvolvement in the resolution of Incidents and problems in an efficient and timely mannerActively monitor an AWS platform and components for technical issuesImplement and improve on existing monitoring and observability solutionTo be involved in the resolution of technical incidents ticketsAssist in the root cause analysis of incidentsAssist with improving efficiency and processes within the teamExamining traces and logsEscalate incidents and problems to the appropriate teamsWorking with third party suppliers and AWS to jointly resolve incidents

Technical troubleshooting and problem solvingAWS management of large-scale IaaS PaaS solutionsMonitoring and troubleshooting servers, networks, and applicationsCloud networking and security fundamentalsCollaboration and communication skillsHighly adaptable to changes in a technical environment

Experience using monitoring and observer ability toolsets inc. Experience:

 

3 years of experience in a technical role working as a SysOps engineer in a cloud environment

 

Certifications:

 

Minimum

AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate

 

Preferred
