We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as **Senior Manager** , leading a high-performing team of **Cloud Solution Architects for Azure Infrastructure** . This elite group is responsible for **designing, reviewing, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers** , focusing on resilience, security, performance, and scalability—while enabling AI-readiness, data innovation, and continuous modernization. **Responsibilities**
As the leader of this team, you will:
+ **Inspire and grow a senior team of Azure Cloud Architects** , driving technical excellence, professional development, and direct impact on customer success.
+ **Act as the bridge between customers and Microsoft engineering teams** , ensuring customer insights influence the evolution of our cloud services at a global scale.
+ **Enforce the use of consistent and modern architecture practices** , including the Microsoft Well-Architected Framework, to deliver resilient, secure, and AI-ready solutions.
+ **Unblock complex technical challenges and accelerate strategic implementations** , acting as a technical sponsor in mission-critical engagements.
+ **Manage business performance** , ensuring disciplined execution against team goals, predictable cloud growth, and delivery of Microsoft’s customer commitments.
+ **Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation** , encouraging the creation and evolution of intellectual property (IP) by the team.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years people management experience, including managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
+ Strong experience leading high-performing technical teams, preferably in architecture, engineering, or consulting roles in complex enterprise environments.
+ Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ We are seeking a seasoned technical leader with:
+ Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP)—including areas such as networking, security, resilience, migration, and automation.
+ Strong executive presence and the ability to influence global stakeholders across technical and business teams.
+ A solid track record of building, retaining, and growing top technical talent.
+ Direct experience with enterprise customers, driving digital transformation and unlocking business value through technology.
