The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Solution Architect - Surface for AI Business Solutions to join our Global Delivery Team within Global Customer Success. As a Surface CSA, you will focus on enabling customers to realize the full value of Microsoft Surface devices and solutions in the cloud ecosystem. This pivotal role is customer-facing and encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including driving adoption of Surface management, security, and productivity capabilities integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure. 

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience with Surface and the cloud ecosystem. At the same time, the ideal candidate will also be excited to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders. We are seeking a CSA who can tailor technical discussions to suit the audience's level of understanding. Candidates need to be familiar with Copilot and have a foundational understanding and curiosity for AI. 

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.
