The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Cybersecurity team you will manage cloud operations and secure our clients' data in a rapidly evolving environment. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your technical knowledge to handle customer escalations, collaborate with IT security teams, and drive innovative solutions, while enhancing your professional growth in cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

- Oversee cloud operations to secure data for clients

- Address customer escalations and provide impactful solutions

- Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance security measures

- Drive innovative approaches to improve cloud service delivery

- Develop knowledge in cloud technologies and their applications

- Manage relationships with internal teams to facilitate operations

- Analyze security incidents to inform future strategies

- Uphold the firm's professional standards and ethical guidelines

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3 years of experience in Azure infrastructure

- Technical certification in Azure

- Experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps concepts

- Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Json

- Experience with Hashicorp stack of tools: Terraform, Vault, Consul

- Experience with Container technologies and orchestration tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, Prisma Cloud Compute

- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Azure Monitor

- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and GitHub

- General knowledge and experience in technical IT and Information Security

- Advanced English skills to interact with global teams

- Excellent communication and consulting skills

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Technology

- Familiarity with GCP and AWS cloud platforms

- Understanding of ITIL processes

- Experience in handling customer escalations

- Managing relationships with IT security teams

- Proficiency in deploying cloud resources using automation tools

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure core services and functionalities

- Experience with problem-solving in cloud technologies
