Job DescriptionAs a Cloud Operation Support Intern you will:
Support resolution of incidents/WOs regarding recurring topics (f.e. user management, permissions, print queues)Collaborate in pre-analysis to ensure ticket completeness or gather data, facilitation of 3rd level incidents.Work with (Log) data analysis to improve performance, use of resources and cost effectiveness of cloud environmentHelp in creation of queries and dashboards to increase operational insightSupport creation of operational documentation and improvement of documentation qualityQualificationsWhat You Bring:
