工作职责：

负责公司基础设施的建设和技术演进，提供高可用、可扩展的平台工程服务支持，以满足业务需求。

规划、设计并推动整体架构和治理体系的落地，提升服务性能、可观测性、稳定性、易用性及研发效率。

岗位要求：

技术经验：具备 5 年及以上 Golang/python 开发经验，熟悉云原生技术体系。

技术能力：

深入理解 Kubernetes（K8s），熟悉云原生生态，具备集群管控、编排调度、资源优化、混合云技术、高性能计算（HPC）等一项或多项相关经验。

具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉常用服务端技术组件的原理，并能灵活应用于业务场景。

具备优秀的系统设计能力，能从性能（Performance）、可靠性（Reliability）、可用性（Availability）、可扩展性（Scalability）等多个维度综合考量并合理权衡（Trade-off）。

软技能要求：

具备良好的沟通与协作能力，高度责任感与自驱力，能够抽象问题并推动方案落地。

具备Ali/Aws/Azure等公有云的常用基础组件使用运维经验

具备CICD丰富经验

具备从0-1完成整个运维体系的设计和实现能力

具备良好的安全运维经验，能够设计安全权限体系

具备丰富的网络架构背景，能够指导团队进行网络搭建和问题定位

加分项（优先考虑）：

熟悉主流云计算厂商的技术演进趋势及架构实现。
