**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and a strong background in analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our ERP systems and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions. **Responsibilities** + Analyze and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP systems to ensure efficient and effective operations. + Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP to support various business functions. + Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system enhancements. + Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues proactively. + Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes. + Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure proper system usage. + Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. + Support data migration and integration efforts between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems. + Utilize analytics skills to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in ERP implementation and maintenance. + Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies. **Qualifications** + Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP. + Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Show proficiency in system configuration and customization. + Have experience in developing and delivering user training. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills. **Certifications Required** Oracle Cloud ERP Certification Analytics Certification (nice to have) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
