Job description:
The role combines technology and leadership with customer focus. The role requires a business and technology capable individual to engage with customers to develop enterprise solutions with a core focus on Capgemini’s Portfolio.

This role is suitable for people who have:
• A client-facing technology consulting background focusing on business requirement gathering, architecting and technology enablement across complex public cloud solutions
• Experience of developing and managing business requirements gathering and architecture design work as part of a customer engagement team
• Experience of managing technical teams to deliver cloud transformational projects or change programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer facing skills

o Middleware Systems Administration and Support Services
o Batch Job Administration and Support Services.
• Lead manage a team of technical cloud consultants including setting goals, expectations, and ensuring team alignment to corporate metrics
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members
• Grow and manage the team through establishment of appropriate people development processes – hiring, frequent feedback loops, and appropriate adjustments
• The successful candidate will also add value as an important team member for the industrialization of Capgemini’s cloud solution processes with the objective of improving efficiencies, solution accuracy and continually increasing technical cloud expertise as market expectation and cloud services continue to evolve.
• Work closely with customers, Capgemini sales, 3rd party providers and other business units to ensure consulting engagements are successful.
• Responsible for understanding the client’s technical business and cloud needs and accurately translating the needs into technical requirements to successfully design and deliver a cloud-based solution.
• Analyze and make recommendations for a change program in order to drive operational efficiencies based on moving to a cloud /DevSecOps operating model
• Provide architecture overview and quality assurance for programs
• Shape overall solution with customer teams and progress to design and implementation stage
• Work with customer technology, application, security and business stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are gathered and documented to the agreed plan
• Potentially own the delivery plan and assume delivery manager role for team of multiple resources
• Perform due diligence on proposed designs, identifying potential issues with the execution and operational architectures and recommend possible options
• Interface with other technology groups to promote common tools and standards at a global level
• Perform impact analysis of proposed major changes to the process / technology landscape of customer systems
• Maintain a close relationship with customers’ architecture teams
• Communicate at C-level verbally, in writing and be comfortable giving presentations at this level

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $94,000 - $179,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
