We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

The role of the GCP engineer is to facilitate the application teams across the CIB GPS Tech to deploy and their applications across GKE container, availability zone and adopt the Kong Control and Data planes.
The CLOUD Engineer should be the go to person in case application team faces any issue during API gateway adoption, onboarding, deployment and environment troubleshooting.
The CLOUD Engineer can work independently without any continuous supports from seniors / peers

Day to day activities include:

Help application teams to onboarding activities
Willing to work in shift rota so as to provide 247 Support
Help application teams in any issue with application configurations and deployments
Help Application teams to implement best application build and deployment best practices
Coordinate with ITID, CICD, Architect and Application teams in case of any infrastructure or any other issues with platform
Proactive identification of any potential issues/ blocker related to application / platform / infrastructure
Governance to ensure adherence to standards and best practice to maximize reuse and avoid over and underutilization of platform
Able to identify the automating some manual process and he/she should be able to implement the Terraform automation solution.
