Position Summary:
Oversee operations of an ambulatory care department; supervises employees directly and is responsible for solving most of the problems arising for assigned clinical team. Direct reports include Registered Nurses and clinical support staff in assigned practice.
What the Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor will need:
Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited school of nursingLicensed Registered Nurse in state of MichiganThree years nursing experience for similar patient populationsProgressive experience in health care including involvement in direct patient care, educating staff, supervising personnel and problem solving of unit or organizational issuesWhat the Ambulatory Clinical Supervisor will do:
Supervises and evaluates of clinical care team in collaboration with Practice LeaderStaff developmentDaily staff assignment of patient careEnsuring adequate equipment and supplies inventory controlQuality assessment and improvementCustomer service strategiesAssistance with performance evaluationsImplementing operational plansIntra- and inter-departmental communication as well as liaison with medical staff and sales representativesPlease completely fill out the application and upload resume.
