UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinician (BSN) to help oversee the Child and Adolescent II (CA II) Department for its Oakland location located on the 5th Floor. The Child/Adolescent II unit is a brand new 12 bed unit which specializes in the treatment of behavioral and emotional problems of children and adolescents typically between 13 and 18 years old.  

 

$15,000 sign-on bonus available for Clinicians with a two-year work agreement!

The Clinician is a nurse leader responsible for fostering a culture of excellence in patient care. They serve as a role model in professional nursing, manage staff performance, conduct hiring, and deliver employee evaluations. The Clinician provides education and clinical expertise, coordinates clinical activities, and may deliver nursing care during shifts when needed.

Clinician and Clinician Fellow level candidates will be considered for this role.  The title and pay rate for these positions may vary depending on nursing education level and years of nursing/leadership experience (minimum rate for Clinician Fellow is $41.27/hr and Clinician is $43.19/hr).
