**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** **Description:** **REQUIREMENTS:** + Master Degree in Human Services and 1 year of applicable experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field with 3 years of applicable experience + Valid Drivers License + Ability to drive an organization vehicle + Act 33/34/73 Clearances + Pre-employment drug screening **WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.** + 15 work week Saturday and Sunday 8a-4p or 4p-12a + Hours may vary according to program need **GREAT BENEFIT PACKAGE: (Benefits start Day 1 of employment)** + 403B with employer match + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Medical, Dental, Vision + Life Insurance + Paid Holiday Days Plus more……… **ABOUT THE ROLE** + Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation and shift documentation. + Integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration unit supervisors and other team members. + Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in a residential facility. + The program is a 16 bed unit located in the South Side area of Pittsburgh that connects adults with mental illness back to the community after psychiatric hospitalization. **ABOUT YOU** + We’re looking for compassionate providers who are solutions-focused and believe in a community-based care approach, and who excel at both practice and mentoring. + Sound like you?
