ABOUT THE ROLE
Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation and shift documentation. Integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration unit supervisors and other team members. Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in a residential facility.The program is a 16 bed unit located in the South Side area of Pittsburgh that connects adults with mental illness back to the community after psychiatric hospitalization.ABOUT YOU
