If you're ready to make a difference, apply today! **Why Choose UPMC McKeesport 3M?** **Specialized, High-Acuity Care:** 3 Mansfield is a 24-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry/Step-down Unit, including 19 beds for observation and general medical-surgical patients and 5 step-down beds for higher acuity patients requiring enhanced monitoring and interventions. Our unit is equipped to care for adult patients with complex renal, pulmonary, cardiac, and oncologic conditions. **Diverse Clinical Experience:** Our team manages a wide range of clinical needs, including acute and chronic kidney disease, peritoneal dialysis, chemotherapy administration, heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, and respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia. All patients are continuously monitored via telemetry, with the step-down area providing an intermediate level of care for patients needing closer surveillance. **Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team:** Our unit thrives on collaboration. Nurses work closely with respiratory therapists, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely interventions, clinical stabilization, and discharge readiness.
