Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):

The Category Vice President (CVP) is responsible for increasing sales and profits to ensure that the Clinical Care Division achieves its goals. The CVP works in his/her assigned territory to assist Regional Sales Manager (RSM) from the Clinical Care Division to fully develop their knowledge of CCT products, improve their ability to target key customers and maximize sales of CCT products. The CVP is responsible for providing effective feedback to the RSM, RVP & SVP Regional Vice Presidents of the Clinical Care Division pertaining to key takeaways and opportunities discovered through joint calls. 

In addition to providing Product expertise to the RSM(s) of the Clinical Care Division, the CVP has direct call responsibility for targeted accounts in his/her territory that are not primary call points for the Clinical Care Division. The CVP's account base will consist of Distributors, Skilled Nursing Facilities, CCRC’s and other organizations that comprise the Clinical Care Marketplace. 

Main Activities/Responsibilities:

Increase sales of Clinical Care products to meet or exceed budgeted annual goal Assess Regional Sales Managers’ category and product knowledge along with their ability to sell the Drive Product line.Train existing and new Regional Sales Managers on CCT related products via joint sales calls, Webinars, sales and marketing materials Provide oral and written feedback to Regional Sales Managers and their respective RVPs pertaining to product knowledge, sales strategy and customer interactions. Monitor CCT opportunities in Salesforce.com daily and interact with Regional Sales Managers, RVP, and SVP of Clinical Care Division and directly with customers to move CCT opportunities forward in the sales process. Work in the field with Regional Sales Managers and their RVPs to identify prospects and develop strategies that will win the businessProvide ongoing motivational support to the sales team to help them achieve their goalsUtilize sales support tools such as Salesforce.com and SAP to monitor progress and identify territories that would benefit from additional focus in order to reach intended goalsAttend state, regional, national CCT meetings such as respiratory/DME associations and AHCA Participate in ongoing Competitive Analysis Any other activities assigned by the SVP, Clinical Care Division

Reporting Relationships and Supervision:

Reports directly to the SVP, Clinical Care Division

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 5 years of professional sales experience LTC background a plus

Pursuant to New York law, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare provides a salary range in job advertisements. The salary range for this role is from $130,640.00 $195,960.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies.
